ABOUT US

SISTERNESS

You laugh when I laugh
You cry when I cry
You give when I take
You wink when I lie.

You dance when I sing
You hear what I say
You know all my dreams
(and how much I weigh).

You value my worth
Until I believe
There's nothing on earth
That I can't achieve

Sometimes I forget
Where you start and I end'
That's why I call you
My special sisterfriend.

Prior to that time I was a paralegal specializing in domestic cases with some experience in Real Estate law. I enjoy working with people to help them sell or buy their home. One thing I have learned in my years of being in the Customer Service field is the way you treat your customers/clients today will lead to your success tomorrow.

Don and I have 4 girls and one boy between us that we are very thankful for. We moved here from Georgia 4 years ago and have come to love the Upstate and are proud to call it home.

Shirley Pilgrim
Listing Manager/Realtor®

As a life long resident of Pickens County with 10 years of experience in the real estate profession I can offer a definite advantage to buyers and sellers. I not only understand the importance of the client-Realtor® relationship but strive to make the entire process as easy as possible. My knowledge combined with my customer service skills make for a winning combination. While I enjoy the listing side of real estate, helping people find a place to call home brings me the most satisfaction. After all, buying a home is probably the biggest investment most people make in their lifetime. It helps to have a Realtor® who has your best interest, financially and personally, as their main objective.  I can honestly say that is the reason I love this business! I would be delighted to help you with any of your real estate needs.

I have been with Marsha since August of 2007 and have loved every minute of it.  The sincerity and respect that we show our clients each and every day is unmatched.  I strive to attain and fulfill each request made by my clients to make their purchasing or selling experience one that they will relish forever.

Jane Jones
Realtor®

I became a Real Estate Agent while I was also working as an elementary school teacher – 18 years ago.  I retired from teaching after 22 years to go into Real Estate full-time.  Bothe professions are people and service oriented and require many of the same skills.

I have served on the Board of Directors for the SC Board of Realtor®s and am in my second term on the RPAC committee for the Western Upstate Board of Realtor®s.

My community involvement has been primarily in political affairs, having working on many political campaigns on the local, state and national levels.  I believe strongly that we need to be involved in the governing process to preserve our great country.  We have to give according to our abilities. I know and understand the area in which we work very well.  All of this makes me a better Realtor®.

My greatest joy is my family – husband, 3 children and 2 (beautiful) granddaughters.
